The recently-inaugurated National Institute of Marine Biodiversity at
Jamnagar may become the country's fist institute dedicated to the study of
deep-sea At the national conference on Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) held here over the weekend, officials from the World Bank and the Union Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) expressed a ‘keen interest’ in this regard.
